Shipping & Processing Time

We carry most items in inventory so we can ship your items without delay.

Most purchases leave our warehouse within 2 business-days of receipt of your order. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship out Monday. (Our shipping department is closed on weekends & major US holidays.)

If you live within the contiguous US you will have the following options and associated shipping & handling costs at checkout:

  • $0 - $69.99 - $10.00
  • $70 - $149.99 - $14.00
  • $150 - $189.99 - $16.00
  • $190 - $254.99 - $18.00
  • $255 - Higher - $26.00

Orders surpassing $125 qualify for free shipping; nonetheless, it cannot be combined with promotions. In cases where the promotion's value exceeds the shipping cost, the promotion will take precedence, and shipping charges will apply.

If a package is not able to be delivered by for any reason and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returned shipping, as well as shipping costs to be resent if you desire.

Shipping Outside of the Contiguous U.S.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses (AA & AP) are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location. You will have the following options and associated shipping & handling costs at checkout:

  • $0 - $69.99 - $19.95
  • $70.00 - $149.99 - $29.95
  • $150.00 - $189.99 - $39.95
  • $190.00 - $254.99 - $50.00
  • $255.00+ - $65

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive a shipment notification from via the email you provided at checkout. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipper’s website for your convenience. If you do not receive this notice please check your spam folders.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. Please include images of damaged or defective product. In these rare cases, we will pay return shipping and provide a cash refund if requested.  

Shipping Discounts & Promotions

At times, Toga Towel may offer discounts or promotions on shipping. These offers may not be combined with any other discount or promotion. Toga Towel reserves the right to refund any transaction if errors occur.

International Shipping

We currently are not shipping outside the USA.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Toga Towel but understand if you need to return your item. We can offer a refund on your item returned in an unused condition with the tags intact within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and condition and are subject to denial if they do not meet these requirements. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included to be considered for refund. All individual items returned are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Items can be denied for return if any of the following apply:

  • Washed and /or worn
  • Deodorant marks
  • Makeup/Self Tanner
  • Stains of any kind
  • Detached hang tags
  • Lingering odor
  • Any visible wear or damage

Refunds

Once your return is received, we begin the inspection process.

We will notify you via email within 7 business days if your return is approved.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

All individual returned items are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Your credit will be issued within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be credited the cost of the item(s) minus the restocking fee and any applicable tax.
